Delivery Information:

 

• UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail standard delivery. The cost is £4 per order (but free for concert tickets).

• International orders will be posted via Royal Mail tracked delivery or via another tracked courier. The cost per order is dependant on location, and an exact amount will be provided at Checkout. Please note: any payable import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days, unless you are notified to the contrary.

• Please allow 3-5 working days for UK orders to arrive. International orders may take longer, depending on location and import procedures.

• If you have not received your items within the timeframe provided above, please send an email by clicking here, and a replacement item will be sent.

Returns Information:

 

• ​All ordered items will be securely packaged before being sent out.​

• However, in the event that an item arrives damaged, an identical replacement will be supplied free of charge, as long as written notification (by email – see below) is given within seven working days. You may be asked for photographic evidence of the damage.

• If you have changed your mind about an order one or more CDs, please provide written notification (by email – see below) within 14 days of receiving the item(s). The CD(s) will need to be returned unopened, in their original cellophane wrap, and you will need to cover the cost of return postage. Once they are returned, a full refund of the original purchase price will be issued.

• Tickets are non-refundable. However, if an alternative date is available, it may be possible to exchange the ticket(s) for the other date.
