Welcome to the website of violinist Philip Chidell.

 

Philip is a well-known classical musician based in the city of Chester. He performs regularly at events and private functions, and during the summer months can often be heard playing his violin in the city's charming town centre.

Since he was a student at music school, Philip has dreamed of launching his own orchestra – and this September, that dream is coming true. Alongside ten other professional classical musicians, together forming a small orchestra, he will perform a selection of some of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written, in the spectacular setting of Chester's Town Hall.
